Versatile and customizable adaptable to any space

MAXI Refrigerated room composed of 60, 80, 100, 140 mm thick panels.
It is characterized by extreme dimensional flexibility with a modular distance of just 20 cm in all 3 dimensions.

Technology, design and production “Made in Italy”;

Isothermal, modular panels varying in width from 400 / 600 / 800 / 1000 / 1200 mm;

Panel thickness: 60 / 80 / 100 / 140 mm, pre-painted sheet metal cladding, suitable for food contact;

High-pressure injected CFCs-free polyurethane insulation (density 40 Kg / m³);

Locking of panels by means of cam hooks, supplied with hexagonal key;

Easy and quick assembly.

Standard set-up

Nr. 1 buffer door (“with floor” version) or floor-level (without floor, with ramp or recessed floor version), dimensions (width to be chosen between) 600 / 700 / 800 / 900 mm x 1900 mm (standard H), openable from the outside and from the inside and equipped with a handle with lock and 3 key;

2 and 3 ways rounded corners columns;

For BT (low temperature) version, heating element is included in the door frame;

In the without floor version, the room is provided with “ U-profile “ for the panels insertion and fixing;

Wall panel made of two nontoxic prepainted galvanised steel sheets suitable for food contact;

Ceiling panel made of two galvanised steel sheets, only the internal part is in nontoxic prepainted steel sheet (as the wall panels);

Floor panel made externally with a galvanised steel sheet and internally with embossed, non-slip AISI 304 stainless steel sheet.
